Of course that means there is an exception. I am sure you knew there would be, right? :-). I always flew American. Whenever I flew another carrier I was always dismayed at their lack of service. The last several Southwest flights I was on were so filthy, I was afraid to sit in the seat, let alone walk down the aisle. Very nice people working there, and so helpful. Also, I rented a Ford Focus several times last year (I was commuting to Boston a lot) and really liked it, much to my surprise! I am a bag checker. I know, a lot of people swear by carry ons, but not me. So much easier to check and be done with it! I have found Enterprise to be a very good, reliable car rental source!
